Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines when refunds are available and when they are not.

Subscriptions (monthly plans)

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months. Already-billed periods are non-refundable.

LLC formation services

• Before we file: Full refund of the Kredora Prime service fee, minus a $25 processing fee, if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before we begin work.
• After we file with the state: Service fees are non-refundable once your Articles of Organization have been submitted, because the work has been performed.
• State filing fees: Paid directly to your state and are always non-refundable, regardless of outcome. State fees are not collected by Kredora Prime.
• EIN service: Non-refundable once the EIN application has been submitted to the IRS.

Letter dispatch (certified mail)

Letters submitted for certified-mail dispatch are non-refundable once handed to USPS. If a letter fails to dispatch due to our error, we will re-send at no cost.

How to request a refund

Email support@kredoraprime.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Disputes filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
